I wrote not so long ago about how cool the Xbox 360 Play n Charge kits are. Well there's now something out that might rival it. The Charge Station is similar to the Nintendo Wii docking stations that have been around for ages, that charge up the remotes when not in use.

This kit adds a battery pack to your 360 control and when not in use, you just place it back on the charging station. When you're ready to start kicking some ass on COD again, or your game of choice, the controller is charged and ready to go.

Unlike the other kit, this charger works from the mains. The good thing about this is that with the play and charge kit, the Xbox has to be powered on before it will charge. With the Charge Station, it'll charge 24/7.

Unfortunately it only comes in WHITE at the moment so owners of a black 360 will have to wait.

Plug n Charge This is for anyone who has discovered how much more fun the wireless controller is but is a bit sick of the batteries running out during play. I got one of these plug 'n' play chargers last Christmas and they're absolutely amazing. I'd definitely have bought one sooner if I'd known how well they worked and how much you can save on batteries.

This kit is super cheap (costing under £13) but will probably be the most used thing you get for your Xbox 360. You replace the battery pack you have now on your wireless controller with the one that comes with this kit. Then, when the charge is running down, you just plug the USB style cable into the 360 and the controller and you can continue to play WHILE THE BATTERY PACK CHARGES. How cool is that?

The plug and play charge kit is a brilliant invention and a must to anyone with an Xbox 360.

Xbox 360 Wireless Controller Deal

If you've yet to discover the world of wireless controllers, you're missing out. Flipping that cable around can get old pretty fast and once you've gone wireless, there's really no going back.
